PORTFOLIO

Each project in our portfolio solves a specific challenge: from complex backend automation to clean, conversion-focused interfaces. We build digital systems that serve real business needs, not just technical checklists.

Types of projects we undertake

We specialize in building digital systems with clear business logic. Most of our work involves custom web platforms where off-the-shelf solutions fall short: from subscription-based SaaS tools to internal dashboards and product configurators. We don't just code; we structure processes, automate operations, and connect fragmented workflows into a single working system.

A significant part of our portfolio is focused on e-commerce and service platforms with custom pricing logic, order management, and integrations with CRMs, ERPs, or third-party delivery APIs. These projects often require redesigning front-end logic and building middleware to unify disconnected components. Speed, conversion, and back-office efficiency are always part of the goal.

We also deliver internal tools that replace spreadsheets, chat-based workflows, and manual operations. This includes HR portals, client onboarding systems, resource planning interfaces, and team access management modules. Projects like these are rarely visible to the end user, but they bring massive improvements in daily operations and decision-making speed.

In each case, we choose the right tech stack based on the project’s goals — not hype. Whether it’s a serverless MVP or a full-scale Laravel or Django application, we build with the next phase in mind. That’s why most of our projects continue after launch: new features, data analytics, mobile versions, or scaling the backend to meet growing demand.

How do we measure project success?

Success for us isn’t limited to the fact that a system works. We evaluate every project based on how well it solves the client's real business problem. A successful platform not only runs smoothly but also improves performance, reduces time and cost, or enables growth that was previously blocked by operational limits. Technical stability is the foundation — but not the end goal.

For web platforms and e-commerce projects, we track conversion rate growth, page load speed, bounce rate reduction, and the number of support tickets generated after launch. These metrics show how the interface and structure influence user behavior and internal workload. We aim to simplify the flow for both ends — customer and staff — and we use real data to confirm it.

In B2B systems and SaaS platforms, we focus on operational KPIs: how many tasks are now automated, how many manual steps were removed, and how quickly users adopt the system. If teams stop using spreadsheets and no longer need daily Slack messages to ask for data, the platform is doing its job. We often include built-in analytics or tracking dashboards to monitor this.

For internal tools, the key indicator is time saved and process clarity. We compare before/after cycles: onboarding duration, request resolution time, or time to generate a report. Many projects eliminate entire roles previously needed for routine admin work. In some cases, what used to take hours becomes a one-click workflow — that’s our benchmark.

We also pay attention to sustainability. If the system keeps running with minimal support three, six, or twelve months later — and the client keeps adding new features — that’s a clear sign of long-term value. Most of our clients stay with us for second and third phases. That’s not by contract — it’s because the solution keeps working as their business grows.
