An international law firm approached us to redesign their outdated website. The company specializes in legal support for both businesses and private clients across the EU and the Middle East. Their previous website lacked mobile responsiveness, had an outdated design, and failed to reflect the firm's growing global presence.
Our initial audit revealed several pain points: fragmented navigation, no multilingual support, weak SEO performance, and low user engagement. Additionally, their contact forms often failed, leading to lost client inquiries. We recommended developing a new site from scratch, starting with information architecture and a clear service navigation system.
We created a UX sitemap with a well-structured hierarchy of sections: services, practice areas, case studies, about the firm, team, blog, and contact. Every page was built with future translation in mind — in English and Arabic. Special attention was given to RTL (right-to-left) support for Arabic and proper rendering of special characters — often overlooked, but critical for legal brands operating in multilingual regions.
Once the content structure was approved, we moved on to design. The visual style is minimalist and professional: generous whitespace, sharp typography, and strong visual emphasis on client testimonials and team expertise. All templates were developed in Figma with a modular layout, making the website easy to scale without major architectural changes.
The results were immediate: within the first two months after launch, inbound leads increased by 37%, and average time on site nearly doubled. The client highlighted a major improvement in internal workflows — their marketing team could now easily create landing pages and publish multilingual blog content without developer assistance.
We continue to support the project: LOGICHIVE OÜ is responsible for technical stability, ongoing updates, and the addition of new languages (French is next). This case illustrates how a strong structure, well-thought-out UX, and modern tech stack can transform even a traditional, offline-focused business into a digital-ready brand.
